Processing Time

Plush Coil orders are processed within 3-5 business days 

Helix Coil orders are processed within 5-7 business days

Coiled Luxe orders are processed within 7-10 business days

Processing begins after payment is successfully verified. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Coil Haus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The Coil Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to address errors, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, The Coil Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Coil Haus is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
